I renewed my motor insurance policy with Bajaj Allianz and made the payment thru their IVR service on 15th November. My existing policy # OG-10-1004-1801-00021276. I received the receipt for the same.
However, till date (27th November) they have not sent me the policy schedule. They have not even sent me a soft-copy of the schedule, which was promised within 48hours of the payment.
The call-centre I spoke to today, reiterated their commitment to arrange for the soft-copy and the policy documents in 7-14 working days.
Can't figure out what is it that they are doing?
Plz help...
