I have already paid the premium amount for the policy due on 03-Nov via online premium pay, an amount of Rs.20, 000.00 since then I have not been able to login to their site so that I can get a print out of the premium myself. I even asked them to provide me a copy which they did of previous years pay certificate!
I have had problems before with Bajaj Allianz's online portal access but this is ridiculous, they provide insurance service but are extremely unprofessional in their dealings.
I really do not know how other customers cope with them.
