I wish to bring this complaint of mine to everyone's knowledge. Bajaj Allianz is the worst insurer and they have the worst management and customer care, who are least interested in resolving customer complaints.
I had bought about 5 policies from Bajaj Allianz in 2008. One of them lapsed due to non payment of premium the second year only. I revived the policy during their special revival campaign and paid the next two years premium to revive the policy. Now after almost a year since premiums were fully paid and receipts received, that is, three years of policy have completed and I get communication from Bajaj Allianz that the policy is lapsed and I need to submit various documents to get it revived and if I don't revive, the money will lapse and I'll get no refund. These people really think that our money is made out of junk, which doesn't have any value. I request you to kindly look into the matter and suggest me as to what can be done in this regard.
