Today i was charged rs 60 for a 3 kms journey from college to my home..
Clearly it was a meter fraud by the rickshaw-driver.. Also pretendin dat he didnt hav change he took 5rs extra from me.
The auto rickshaw number wasnt even clear..
It was just mh14 7606.
The traffic police are really disgraceful. They dont see such frauds.
