Address change not completed and very rude behaviour by the representative

In Bajaj Capital - Kalkaji, new Delhi Branch. there is a representative Ramesh Madhav. (Ph: 9250935045)

He took in a form for address change that was to be submitted to HDFC Asset Management ltd. When getting the form filled, he meniotned, it will happen in a day. After 4 working days, when contacted since the address change had not happened, he was extemely rud on phone and said that it is not his job to ensure that it is done. He thinks that he has sent the form.

then he disconnects the phone.

Because of address change not happening. a very critical amount of redemption has not recieved to me on time. I ask Bajaj Capital to take strict action on him immediately.
