With reference to my loan a/c # 405325522, of which I had purchased a refridgerator. My EMI had bounced owing to an error from my bank in the month of March. On the call I received from Bajaj Finance, the next day, the agent was extremely rude and didn't listen to what I had to say. I had requested them to redeposit the cheque as it wasn't my fault that it bounced. They stated that I would have to make the payment in cash of which I stated that to please hand over the bounced cheque back to me. They said that they would do so and so far no one came nor called.

Now, they have started SMS stating this is your balance due, but there are no details about where to make the payment.

There isn't any customer service # wherein one can call and register a complain nor enquire for the branch details.
