Barcalays credit card
Yearly fee

This is shaik wajeed shahid vali, resident of Hyderabad, andhra pradesh.

I have been offered barcalys credit card while booking some online tickets from yatra.com

they have told me its a free card with no hidden charges,

Although i have never used the card, but i still got a statement of Rs. 5300.

When i contacted bank officials they said its an yearly fee, which actually was not mentioned to me while

giving the card..

I have checked the consumer complaints forum and there are unlimited complaints related with the same subject. I tried to contact barcalays bank through email, as there official told me to send the mail, but its of no use, there is no response from any of the mails which i have sent to barcalys bank,

and now they are sending me some messages that they make give my credit card no. to credit bureaue

I kindly request people to be cautious about barcalays bank as they are keeping there word as they promise,

and i kindly request barcalys bank to take my matter seriously and respond to me and if possible check this consumer complaints site. I am not the first person who is complaining about the yearly fee card.
