Credit card not yet received

Dear Sir,

In the above mention bank not yet send credit card to me, but they are mention my name in CIBIL. They are miss used my credit card. without issuing the card they activated insurance and debit the amount in my card.

They are exploited me. i have given the complaint to the barclays bank but they are not given the proper feedback (Complaint No. CAS 3358538). i totally fedup with there service.

Kindly check and rescue me in this issue.
