Use of foul language by the recovery agents

This is in reference to today's phone call from barclay's bank, Some Mr. Deshmukh from 022-42176203, had called up and used very bad, abusive language for my father and mother. From past 1.5 years our family is going through financial crisis but still we have been able to pay up few emi's of many Personal loans, credit cards etc.

But, this is no way to speak to anybody. What do banks think they can recover with such harsh language.

I would urge any superior person from Barclays Bank to reply to this, or else i would be left with no choice but to take this matter to news papers, police and even to Barclays H.O which is at London.
