On December 17 at 4:38pm I received an SMS from Airtel saying that "Thank you for choosing Hello Tunes. You have been charged Rs30 for 30days" and after few seconds I received another message from Airtel saying "You have been charged Rs5. Your Hello Tune has been changed to YPD title track"
I was charged of the services which I was not even using. I called the customer care center (Mr. Amit kumar received my call) and he checked into their system and told me that I have made a call to them to subscribe to the service. However no call/SMS request was made from my side for the subscription of the same.
After a long argument and denying the fault of the system, he confessed that the system had encountered some error.
This whole episode causes a mental harassment to me and appears to me some kind of planned fraud which the company intends to do.
