I lost again 30Rs today from my balance .. for the past 8 days almost every 3 days 99 rs, 30rs and 40rs are been vanishing from my balance and you yourself have checked that there are no active VAS or any games.
Please look into the email thread which will give a better understanding to who ever would like to explore of what happened and why am i this much frustrated. Below are the charges that are been cheated by you in this past 8 days (I would say you because you itself have accepted that there are no VAS / you itself accepted there are no airtel live page / you itself said mobile office settings are correct/ you itself accepted that JAVA games are no way supported to my android mobile / you itself understood that i use only for EMAILS / I have explained to you on the call that i use AVG antivirus for my mobile so no chance of virus/ push message are not available for my mobile as it is off.)
