Below is the complaint against Bharti Axa genral insurance... I have seen similar complaint in this website. Below is the details of my complaint. Kindly read the complaint starting from below...

Hi All,

I have seen that you will get the mail from Bajaj regarding NCB and I

hope you will understand that I HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY CLAIM.

Further to my complaint I'm attaching the RC of my vehicle so that you

will update your records accordingly and anything else I can do for

you so please call me anytime because I’m totally free for you. I have

no work load like you. Please do not input wrong details again.

Kindly confirm asap whether you have received averything or still

anything you want from me.

I’m sending my complaint to noida office as well. This is to inform

you all that Bajaj also sent you the confirmation of his policy that I

HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY CLAIM FROM BAJAJ. Now everything is in your hand so

please revert me asap and another thing for you to provide me the

justification of my wrong details. Provide me the justification asap.

Why you have wrong vehicle number in your details. Who had made this

mistake. Now why you are asking me to send scan copy of my RC. Check

the documants again which I have given you at the time of policy

taken.

Kindly check your mails for NCB decleration and provide the information asap.

Hello Gurinder,

I’m raising this concern to you because the service is totally

unacceptable. Kindly refer below mail trail for further details.

I have discussed with Bajaj NCB declaration department and they

advised me that provide us the e mail ID of person who is taking care

of NCB so that he will send the confirmation of NCB that I HAVE NOT

TAKEN ANY CLAIM FROM BAJAJ POLICY.

I really appreciate the service given by BAJAJ however I’m very

dissapointing with the service given by BHARTI and I’ll not tolerate

this kind of service. Kindly provide me the e mail ID so that I can

ask Bajaj company to send the NCB decleration directly to you.

Provide the e mail ID for receiving mail from BAJAJ.

I’m writing to you regarding the letter received from your side

mentioning that I have given you the wrong NCB Declaration. I have

called your customer care for this query and they have provided the

information regarding the same and also I have found that you have

wrong vehicle number in your accounts now your executive ask me to

send the scan copy of the RC of my vehicle. It’s OK. I’ll send it to

you otherwise this will create a problem to me in future. I have a

question that you have send me the letter that I have given you wrong

NCB declaration however I don’t and now what will you do to yourself

if you have updated my wrong details in you account. I’ll send you the

mail regarding my vehicle number and confirmation about wrong NCB.

Another thing is that you have provided me 15 days for this procedure

as you have mentioned that you will cancel the policy after 15 days

and will retain third party premium as a third party policy. Do you

think this is feasible? You have taken wrong information from my

documents so this is your responsibility and you have to suffer why

should I suffer with this and another thing that I have taken 1st time

your insurance and the services given by you is in front of you only.

If you are not capable to given service then I request you to stop

making fool of customers. I’m very very disappointing. I have checked

with Bajaj customer care 1800 209 5959 and they have confirmed that I

do not have any claim on policy number OG-10-1103-1801-00007087 (Bajaj

policy number) now tells me what I will do for you….. It’s totally

disgusting that you are creating a mess in my policy and in future

I’ll not ask anybody to take Bharti Insurance and please ask your

executive who had entered my wrong details. You do not have eyes or

mind before input wrong details of customer. If you think that you are

giving better services then others, then call me asap because I don’t

want any delay in this issue and I do not have free time to given you

for a nonsense issue. Take the typing test of the executives at the

time of interview so that they will not do this mistake with other

customers.

Now please explain who is the responsible for this ISSUE. Kindly

revert with the positive answer. Do not think that I’m the only

customer if you loose but think that how many I’ll make awake before

taking and Bharti policy. Kindly contact bajaj for further details and

confirmation that I have not taken any claim.
