Waiting for policy cheque

My self Vikash Kumar, I had taken policy from BhartiAxa Life Insurance in March and my policy number is 500-0880988. I surrendered my policy on 11th April in Mohali (Punjab) branch. I want my surrender value amount cheque at same branch. As I told to my policy surrenderer executive. He agreed on that. After 20 days, I called to costumer care on 1st may, executive noted my request on sending cheque at nearest (Chandigarh) branch. And I posted a hard copy of request at Chandigarh branch.

Again I phoned to costumer care on 9th May (Monday), They conveyed me to wait for this week for received amount. After waiting complete week, I again phoned to costumer care on 14th may (Friday), they also registered a complaint and conveyed to release the cheque with in four days.

Again I phoned on 19th may, executive told me cheque will be receive on today at your branch. When I phoned to branch they did not have cheque.

And today on 20th may, I phoned to c/care and need to talk to senior person to resolve above mention problems. Executive told me seniors are busy and they will call me within 2 hours. But no phoned came at your sides. It will Saturday and Sunday for next two days.
