Not receiving pf amount

Hi jayshree here worked in Smart I electronics in Borivali branch (Aug to March) still not received pf amt from Kandivali pf office as i already had visited Kandivali pf office as they told me that they going to release my amt in the mth of jan but still it showing under process. Plse take some severe action against this or i else i had to tkae some another action for this.
