Refund non-acceptable payment

I errotically transfered Rs. 20/- on 23-09 through online SBI to recharge my BIg TV smart card no.200542424962. Details of payment is as follows,

1. transfer ID -IBO6532774.

2. online referance no.-PBD5760921. Bank statement shows payment to INB Reliance India Mobile. So please credit to above BIG TV a/c, if not possible, refund back to my same Bank a/c.
