Big bazzar zirakpur
Not delivered my furniture on time

I have purchased furniture worth rupees 27400/ from BIG BAZAAR zirakpur on 14 august with challan no F/408.they promised me to deliver my furniture with in 12 days that is up to 26 august.but till now on 31 aug they not delivered my furniture.they are making excuses.plz look in to matter.
