Agent not giving me service

To the Branch Manager for 914 (Mumbai branch) dtd 27.01.2010

I Mrs Laxmi Rao have 4 different policies taken from LIC Agent no 00939914, My complaint is that he does not give me service at all, say for instance I dont get my Bima Gold Receipts (Money back Policy No 902744552) & my ECS payment for (Jeevan Saral Policy) recepit nor the cheque of money back which he was suppose to bring and hand over to me is alos not done by him, I anly keep on following with him but he doesnot ven take my phone nor reply, Till date i have not received my money back policy amount in hand

Then kindly let me know why should i give him commission from my hard earn money
