SURRENDER ULIP - NOT REFUNDING

I did a request to surrender the policy on 31 Dec at your branch in RAJ Nagar Ghaziabad. I completed all the formalities that your attendant asked.

Now after fifteen days of redemption and surrender request you are asking me to submit address change request KYC form. What is this non - sense. I did not ask you to change my address. I did request to surrender the policy and refund the amount in my bank account i.e. registered with you. I also submitted a cancelled cheque with that also.

One more interesting story, If you don’t have my current address than how you sent me this letter for KYC . If you really need KYC form for surrender the policy than your attendant should ask me at same time when I did request to surrender.

I know you are doing it intentionally to make the payment delay as usual.

I did request to surrender because I need money urgently. I hereby request you again to credit the amount with calculation of 31 dec NAV directly into my Bank account that is mentioned in surrender and application form without any delay.
