Respected Sir, I am an Insurance Advisor of BIRLASUNLIFE vide CODE No. A08070 and AZ4173. I deposited many insurance policies. I checked my account and found that some policies did not refelect in my account. I reported to my branch before one year. Branch Manager told me that Assistant Manager Mr. Surender Chouhan has made interchanging and he has submitted these policy under other Insurance Advisor. I asked for my allied commission and policy details to Birla Sun Life Branch, Mandi (HP). The Branch Manager of Mandi (HP) branch has been writing to defaulter Asst Manager for one year. But, He did not reply so for. A period of more than 1 year has been passed, but I could not have my policy detail and commission.
Please help me to resolve the issue and take necessary action against defaulter Asst Manager.
