Access payment cannot refund

Dear Sir,

I am Mr. Ranjib has a policy no 001840885, i have paid 7, 997.01 on june but amount credited my policy is 5997.72. then i made a call for access payment but still they are not provided the same, so i put a requested for recovery of that much amount.
