No Updates on my money and Policy

Hi,

My name is Deepali Agarwal. I have taken a Birla Sun Life Policy in 2008. The policy was of 3 years. I did the last payment in March.

After that I had come to United States for higher education and I want to withdraw my policy so that I can use the money for my education.

I have dropped several emails to "Customer Service" to ask the process to get my money back.

I am tired of contacing them and never got any reply. When they needed my money I used to get 100s of calls and now they are not bothered to even reply their own customers.

I have no clue on how to get my money back, I have to wait till I plan my India trip which I dont know when!!

I wish someone can help me on this issue as I am in a real need of my own money!
