Misselling

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a single premimum policy wide policy No. 004100729 from Birla SunLife of Rs. 50000/- in june when i purchased that poliy agent told me that is FD plan and you get minnimum Rs. 100000/- after 6 year, but i have not received my policy document till date, I have communicate so many times at custmer care also with agent and employee. But they gave regural dates that i will recieve my policy but on none of the given dates i recived my policy. Now company saying that i have to pay my 2nd premimum to get my policy documents. But when i purchased that policy they ask me for only Single premimum... So request you Plz do the needful for solution
