Unwanted calls, and abuses from the telecalle

Hi,

I just got a cal fom the No. 9122 6565 8612 claiming to be from Birla Sun Life... the tele caller {sachin ] said my no. has been selected for a special offer.

I told him I m not interested and requested him to never call again, he said ' I will call again and again... do what ever you like.'

Date and time of the call - 1:19 afternoon [16.7.12]

Do advice me what needs to be done.
