This one of my worst experiences with the Birla sunlife insurance. I hve paid (online) the Insurance renewal permium on 15th June. As per their norms they should send the receipt for the payment with in 7 working days from the receipts. but till date i have not received any receipt. I have mailed thrice (attached all the three for reference) and called twice but ended up with no fruitful results.
This is not the first time i have experienced with such negligence behaviour from birla. lets read this as well&
one day i noticed a cover fully opened and torned from birla sunlife in front of my residence gate. when i noticed carefully some took out the papers inside the cover and left the cover at my gate by making it in to small pieces. i have called/mailed around 20 times to customer care but they never known what documents they have ciuriered to me. they took 50 days to and finally send me a mail stating that they are unable to trace out what docs they have sent to me.
