Dear Sir;

I have a Birla Sunlife insurance Dream Plan Policy 2 years back. Now I want to change ECS bank after change my Job. I request my corporate agent Accord Financial Services A-60 Lajpat Nagar -2 but no responce. Then I request to Birla Sunlife 2-3 times. No responce from company. even I complaint to IRDA then they email & his employee Mr. Dharsta Bhuan harrass me & give life threat. I wrote several times to Birla Sunlife senier employee but no solution till now.
