THE COMPANY ASKED ME TO PAY MY PREMIUM BY 27.01.2011. I PAYED THE PREMIUM BY 24.01. THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENT THROUGH CREDIT CARD ND I GOT A RECEIPT SAYING THAT THE SERVER OF THEIR COMPANY WAS DOWN SO THEY CANT COMENT ON THE PAYMENT WHETHER IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED OR NOT AND I HAVE TO CHECK MY BANK FOR THE DEBIT AND AS MY LAST DAY WAS ON 27TH AND I DIDNT GET ANY INFO FRM ICICI I WENT TO BIRLA OFFICE AND ASKED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME TO ISSUE A CHEQUE FOR 24, 996 AND I DID THAT, THEN THE NEXT DAY I CAME TO KNOW THE AMOIUNT HAS BEEN TAKEN FRM BOTHE BANKS, ICICI AND SYNDICATE. AND THEN I CALLED THEM TO REPAY MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT BUT UNTIL NOW NOTHING HAPPENED. I CALLED THEM NEARLY 10-15 TIMES
