Misleading information by agent

Hi,

I bought a policy in dec. 2009 . the agent said that I have to pay 50, 000 rupee of which 2500

will be deducted and rest will be invested.

he promised he will pay me back that amount.

after i got the policy, i see that more than 7500 is being deducted.

No written document was given to me about charges.

I want to take matter to consumer forum. I am in Indore, MP .

kindly someone advise me how to proceed.
