I purchased saral jeevan plan but that time agent Sachin Phone no. 9717225953, Insurance advisor CX1045 Sangeeta, he said me that for this policy you have to pay 50, 100 Rs now and after two years you have to pay 10.000 Rs only but after one year when i know that from customer care that i have to pay 50, 100 for 3 years i called sachin but he never picked my phone i called customer care but they have no answer, i totaly paid 1, 00200 to birla now my fund value is only 50.000 i have no option for surender this policy bcos surender charges are too heavy that means i have to continue this plan for min. three years, according to other birla sunlife agent this plan is closed by birla and birla offer 40% comision for their agent to sale out this policy and for this policy birla charged 33% Per year for Admin and other charges, i dont know why birla lounch saral jeevan to cheat people? and when i talked with customer care then they saying if you want profit then you have to continue this policy for 20 years,
Birla have no power to take action against the agent bcos? their salogan saral jeeven means saral to cheat people is fail
