this is to inform you that, you have never issued credit card neither in my name (Biswajit Baral) nor in the name of my wife Mrs. Mamata Baral. But unfortunately it is appearing in your site that credit card is being issued in my name. Because of that my CIBIL REPOET in banking profile is going downwaed, for which I am not getting banking facilities, which is totally unjustified for my favour..So, kindly delete my name from your website. Otherwise I will approach to RBI or take necessary legal action against you for costs & consequences. Kindly issue me a letter for my favour in respect of above matter as early as possible either in my my mail address or residential address which is as follows:
