Over charging, rude behaviour, delay in supply

Espected sir,

some time before i write you a complaint about a bpcl gas agency in kapurthala but i can, t get

any response from you. the agency sold the cyl. to consumer without any rebate. the consumer did

not get supply regularly. the behaviour of the distributor is very rude.i have some proof about them.
