My name is Sri. B.Laxminarayana, TD.Gutta, Mahabubnagar, A.P., and i am using my ATM cum Credit card with the No.5044352092000006928. but it is damaged (The magnetic Coat) and is not used to do any transaction from that so please block my ATM cum Credit card and issue me a new one.
