A cheque for Rs.11000/- plus belonging to someone else was debited to my A/c way back in August. Their callers had acknowledged that the cheque belonged to another Rajasthan customer and had promised they would reverse the entry. They never did. Their telecallers/team leaders have been making daily calls on my mobile for recovery of illegitimate amount. SBI does not have staff of its own and have hired GE for the Credit Card work I did receive system-generated acknowledgment of my complaint that I would receive reply within three days but it is history now. They simply do not go through the complaints.
It is the worst customer service experience I ever had.
