I am very sorry to point out that you do not care to act what your customer has to say. I sent one letter on 7.11.09 under registered post for closing my S.B A/C No.1821 for which I sent my Pass Book along with unused Cheque leaves. I have sent one reminder on 4.12.09 and sent reminder after reminder through e-mail none of these has any effect till now. Please write me if you think it proper to attend to customer's complaints. I shall be waiting for few more days then I shall aaproach consumer court with documents.
