For renewal of my car policy number 0151110085 (Ref No. RN01511100852) client ID 5002010047, I tried to pay premium by Credit Card. I tried four times, your system showed that transaction is not successful try again but my Credit Card account shows that all the four times the money is transferred in your account. Hence it is requested to refund money paid to your account by three of the transactions and renew my policy by one of the transaction.
