Sub: Complain against rough treatment & non performance of customer’s problem.
Dear Sir,
I extend our heartiest thank for having faith and confidences in me. I am pleased to say that out of two car loans 1st loan has been duly repaid by me and the 2nd car loan is in process.
Out of 34 instalments of the 2nd car loan 24 has been paid. Since last 3 months our cheques are not being honoured due to some Banking Problems from our end and every month at the time of payment I am reminding the collecting agent along with your local office officials that please take another PDC in place of earlier PDC provided by us but simply they are charging Rs. 400/- extra as fine and keep silence for the next month. My office Staff has visited twice at your local Durgapur office in this regard, but till date nothing has been done.
Today your collecting agent Mr. Ganguly (9734275109) has come for payment at our Durgapur office and on request I tried to talk to your office in this regard over mobile phone but whatever has been heard by me, I could not believe that I am talking with a TATA official.
I request you to see the matter in such a way that others would not feel hearted and solve our problem without making any further delay.
