I have a bsnl prepaid connection (Manil Jod) in Kolkata.my number is 9433098268. i have not activated bsnl tunes. But even after they have been taking the money from my account for the renewal of the bsnl tunes.i called the customer care and they are always saying excuses. Please do the needful and deactivate my caller tunes immediately.
