Amount twice debited

Dear sir

I have withdrwal Rs.1000/ through Atm on dated 28.11.2009 but amount twice debited. I have contacted to Branch banger of Central Bank Joppling road, Lko

they have promised to correct the amount by giving credit of Rs.1000/. But from long pursuation nither the give credit nor the recponce properly.

Please give instruction to concern to give justice to me. This matter is pending since Nov.2009.
