I have been chasing SBI, Kamla Nagar brach for the credit of long overdue 60% of arrears for the last nine months, but all in vain. SBI managers are hopeless, pension incharge dare to listen and act on queries raised. No follow up done by SBI employees while dealilng inter-departmental coordination. Lack of communication between branches. Typical Government atmosphere in SBI branches and nobody bothers to listen to your problems. I am fed up and helpless. Don't know whom to blame and whom to approach. Hence sending this mail as consumer complaint.
