Harrasment from the Bank

Dear All,

I CHETAN S SHETTY Card No : 5415 3823 1379 0180 had made my total outstanding balance as on sept of 37, 527 /- inclusive of all charges by cheque.

Please find the tailed mail for further clarification.- June

The first communication was in june where i was communicatedd that everything would be reversed.

Now again in 2010 i start getting calls and transaction statements which were never done by me.

Since then i have been communicating and it is not yet resolved.

I have made the entire payment & i look forward in reversing all the charges which was also then communicated on mail.

I have tried calling and resolving it on 08041245555 (PREM - 1.30 P.M - 22/04/10). Its not happening.

I am being harassed by a person (who doesnt disclose his name) from Tel No: 011147617676 -22/04 - 2.00 P.M. He threatens and uses third rated language inspite of understanding and resolving the issue.

Please look into the matter and resolve this at tbe earliest.
