This is to inform u that we had purchased tata indica in the year 1999 dated 6th may and the tata motors was had a tieup with citi bank we did draw a finance for the car... Now it has been 13 years we haven;t received NOC yet we have made correspondence & have received from citi bank that yr loan is complete still they nt sending NOC pls take our request seriously so we can look forward fr new1
