I have taken a personal loan of Rs. 1.00 Lacs (loan account no.14962565) from your bank for 36 months (EMI Rs.3, 615/-) starting from 5th May.
Today one executive called me and informed for an bouncing charges 225/- of my ECS due to some technical reason in HDFC bank. This is 2nd incident with me.
In both of cases i have sufficient fund in my bank account, there is no fault in my side.
Requesting you, please wave off this bouncing amount 450/-.
I must also mention that I won’t be responsible for lapse in payment of EMI in the future until the amount of bouncing is waved off to me. This shall be considered as a warning / intimation of the misdeed conducted by your bank.
