Disgusting customer service

This complaint is regarding my membership num 309985 i was duped into the membership by their team member during our vaccation in munnar we were totally clueless about the membership installments and we were sold a completely different product. These guys have been levying monthly ecs into my savings account which is being bounced and i am paying ecs bouncing fees to the bank for more than a yr now They came to my house in Oct'10 and assured me that this will not happen inspite of me telling them that i am shifting base alongwith my family to Canada and took 6 PDC's from me for amt of 10330/-- from FEB'11 and also ecs cancellation request. Inspite of this i am shocked to see the ECS is still being deducted every month from my account and bank has charged me about Rs 500 as ECS bouncing fees. I had funded my account on the 6th for amt of 10330/- as discussed but the cheque did not hit the system. I am in a fix now as i am in Canada and cannot visit the bank also to close this account.

I have been following up with these guys ever since then from last year but all in vain i am absolutely disgusted with this company and product and need justice pls help
