Refund of COAL INDIA IPO Application money

Hi,

I applied for Coal India IPO Online for 100 shares (Transaction reference no- 51279). My DMAT Account is 1201090002310164. I got a mail from Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. stating that 50 shares are alloted to me. The mail from Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. also says that Rs 12862.5 has been sent by Speed Post/Registered Post. I have not recieved the speed post. Could you please let me know whom to contact to get my rest of money.
