I had applied ipo of coal india ltd, i have not been alloted shares and not received my payment back till date. my payment of Rs98000.00 is pending with company. no resposible site or person is available. i ahve sent message on email address given on form many times but no feed back, i have tried to contact on phone number 022-25960320 given on form, it is always busy till 5.30 pm and after that answering machine says office is closed.
I am unable to resove the problem.
