Need new sim for the existing sim

Hi,

My mobile number is 9849928033 and have been working with the mentioned number since 5 years. My sim is not working as it was get crushed at the edges of chip. I need new sim with the same number. I dont have any other sim cards as iam totally reliable on AIRTEL SIM. Please help on this as earliest and do the needful.
