I had applied for a home loan recently through Axis Bank.
I was shocked to hear from the Bank that my name is listed in the Defaulter List of CIBIL.
I far my knowledge i had paid all the dues of every bank. I do not know which Financial Institution has reported name in the defaulter list. I given all the proof to Bank still As per Axis Their is due of 1760
Further to this I would like in bring yout attention that one Personal loan I had got from HDFC bank which was clearded timely but there was Rs. 688 due on me due to some bounce charges so they given my name to CIBIL. Even they did never informaed me that there is some due on me and went to CIBIL directly.
Now Axis bank is stating that still there is due of Rs. 1760 Rs. of consumer loan. I do not remember the bank, loan nember because I availed one consumer loan in April which I had cleared. even I did not receive any message of any due from Bank. If loan bank not even informaing for any due then how they can send my name to CIBIL.
I have never received any information from CIBIL asking for a confirmation if the name of a customer is listed in defaulter list whether is it correct?
I seek justice to get my names removed from the defaulter list with an immediate effect. Still I am ready for all the settlement but atleast I should get the financial institution detail and reason why they given my name.
