My father was in army. He passed away in 27th Nov. He was receving Pension Throuh SBI Chandurbazar branch. my. mother Shrimati Kalavai Mishra submiteed all the necessar document in Jan.
Which SBI CPPC Mumbai reterned to Chandur Bazar Branch by saying PPO document not attached. We contact Army office in Amravati and get the PPO document, which one copy is directly sent to SBI.
Again on Nov 14th Nov SBI Chandur Bazar branch courired all the document (Verified by Br. Manager) by Madhur courier and SBI CPPC Mumbai branch recd it on Nov 18th. Their document registration is 97218. But till today we have not recd Pension.
We request you to please process the document at the earliest and oblige us.
