Complaint against hsbc credit card

Dear Sir/madam

I was the HSBC credit card holder 1-2 years back and on that time I Surrendered my card due to some problem with bank. But few week back HSBC sent one another credit card to use but i didnt purchase any material from any shop by using this card, now i have received one statement from HSBC that showing payment due is rs 1256.11.this is bank conspiracy with human being. I will be grateful to you if you take care of that. I am waiting for your reply.
