Credist card settlement
Not getting NOC after settlement

Citibank:

Card No. 4550386043071009

After paying a sum of Rs.40, 000. towards the full and final settlement against the dues on my Citi Bank credit card account no 4550386043071009 at one shot, to my agony i have found that my name is there in the CIBIL as being a defaulter. Also am not getting NOC till date.

Standard Chattered bank:

Card No. 5543747080786568

Settlement has been done, but still my name showing in CIBIL list till date and not getting NOC from them.

HDFC bank:

Card No. 4346781100586049

My settlement of Rs. 23, 500/- to be paid in six installments. 4 cheques has been encashed out of 6 but still my name is showing in the CIBIL list.

I want proper justice from you and help me to withdraw my name from the CIBIL list. This is really awkward to know that when a person has agreed to go for the settlement then how a bank can put his/her name in the CIBIL list although the settlement is in process.
