The payment was done, but even then the executive had been making calls and using abusing language stating that I am lying and n number of things, she has been torturing me like anthing, is it justified? The executive wants the exact time when the payment is made? She has to say that it is not updated in the system, also the argument is that the payment is made on the old credit card, she urges to make the payment on the new Credit card number which is not yet received by me, .
